School Vision
Do to others as you would like them to do to you
Luke 6:31
Welcome to
Nestled in the picturesque seaside town of Lyme Regis, at the heart of the stunning Jurassic Coast, St Michael’s is a vibrant and nurturing Church of England school. We are proud to be part of the Diocese of Salisbury Academy Trust (DSAT), sharing the core Christian values of Love, Hope, and Joy.
At St Michael’s, our vision is rooted in the words of Jesus: “Do to others as you would have them do to you.” This guiding principle, together with our shared values; Respect, Honesty, Compassion, Kindness and Trust, shapes every aspect of school life. We strive to create a caring and inclusive environment where these values are lived out daily, and where every child is encouraged to grow in character, confidence, and community.
We invite you to explore our website to discover more about our school, our values, and the enriching experiences we offer.

Assembly Highlight: The Power of Hope Today, Reverend Fi led a heartwarming assembly on the value of hope, reminding us that no situation is beyond God's reach. The story of Jesus healing the paralysed man (Mark 2:1–12) came alive as our children beautifully re-enacted the moment of faith, friendship, and miraculous healing. "Hope is believing that something good can happen, even when it seems impossible." Through drama and prayer, our children shared how hope can lift us, heal us, and bring us closer to one another and to God. Let's carry the message of hope into our week!

The classroom buzzed with excitement and anticipation as each team prepared to put their design to the ultimate test. Did it stand strong, or did spaghetti crumble under pressure? Either way, it was all about experimenting, learning, and having fun throughout the journey! Brilliant effort, Langmoor! We loved seeing your ideas take shape
